Fitness Center Information

Our cozy air-conditioned 300 square foot Fitness Center boasts a new safety floor, commercial CYBEX elliptical, treadmill and recumbent bike equipment, a Hoist bench, an additional treadmill and extensive new sets of weights. Wired with cable TV, it is a great place to get in shape and mingle with other residents at the same time.

Overlooking the main pool and located in the clubhouse. The fitness center is available 24 hours a day, accessible with the same key as the pool and clubhouse. Rules & regulations are clearly posted upon arrival. Enjoy!

Fitness Center Rules & Regulations

1. Residents must sign a liability waiver prior to using the Fitness Center. Upon signing the waiver, the resident will be given a key to the Clubhouse.
2. Persons under 18 years of age are NOT allowed in the Fitness Center.
3. Up to two guests may use the Fitness Center but must be accompanied by an authorized key holder.
4. Unit owners and tenants shall have priority over guests in the use of the Fitness Center.
5. Proper attire required. Bathing suits are not allowed. Proper athletic shoes, shirt and shorts/pants are required.
6. Please wipe down equipment after use with the supplied wipes.
7. No more than six (6) people in the Fitness Center at one time.
8. Alcoholic beverages and food are prohibited in the Fitness Center room. Please use spill-proof containers for allowed fluids.
9. Identification may be requested by the Board of Directors, its managing agent, Westford Real Estate Management or the security guard at any time to assure that only residents and their guests use the Fitness Center.
10. Please observe the no smoking policy in the Clubhouse and Fitness Center.
11. Winnipauk Village Condominium, Inc. is not responsible for residents’ or guests’ belongings while you and/or your guests use the Fitness Center.
12. Please be sure the entrance door and all windows are closed and locked upon leaving the Clubhouse.
13. Pets are not allowed in the Clubhouse at any time.
