Racquetball Court Rules


  • Use of all courts is strictly limited to their intended purpose.
  • Proper equipment must be used at all times, especially appropriate balls and racquets; and only sneakers may be worn on all courts.
  • No one under fourteen (14) years of age is permitted on any court unless accompanied by an adult. The use of any court as a playground is prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed on the courts at any time.
  • All guests must be accompanied by a resident 14 years of age or older. The lending of an access key to a guest without accompanying the guest may result in its confiscation and the suspension of amenities privileges.
  • If amenities privileges have been suspended for a unit, the suspension applies to all unit owners of that unit and in the case of rental to all tenants, housemates or other residents of that unit.
  • Be prepared to show your access key to substantiate your status as a current Winnipauk Village resident when using any court.
  • Access to amenities is limited to resident only. When an owner rents a unit, the amenities privileges are conveyed to the tenants with the lease.
  • Court lighting is expensive. Turn off all lights when you leave unless someone else is waiting to play.
  • No food, beverages or pets are permitted on courts. (water and soft drinks are permitted on the sidelines of the tennis courts only).
  • Platform Tennis season runs from November through May. Tennis season is Mid-March (weather permitting) through the end of November (weather permitting). The racquetball court is open all year subject to closure for Board meetings and functions in the clubhouse.
  • Do not enter the court area before the previous players have completed their playing time.
  • Clean up after your use; don’t leave wrappers, balls, cans or other trash.
  • The courts belong to all of us – treat others as you would like to be treated.
